I love this quote. Sometimes we are waiting for the perfect time to begin something. "I can't start that painting/ open that shop/ learn that new skill before I complete or have x, y or z." (That could be a better camera, more time, more money, an organised house...) But I love to use the "do what you can, with what you have, where you are" mindset for anything we are wanting to do. Improvements can always be made down the track. So I think the most important thing to do is to just jump in and
begin.
